Each sponsorship helps provide the cost for a child for an all-day field trip to Braggs Homestead, Birding and Living History of the Alabama Black Belt region.

A sponsorship helps elementary school children get back into nature and experience birding in the great outdoors. We aim to start with all fifth graders in the 19 counties of the Alabama Black Belt region. These counties are among the poorest in Alabama and are impacted most economically.

As a special thank you for sponsoring a child, you will receive a free 16 oz. jar of honey straight from the bees at Historical Cornwallis.

The experience of the great outdoors will last a lifetime. Please share this with your family and friends, coworkers, and clubs.
